Yes. Voluntary virtual and in-person consultations are available for any service to help create the best plan for your desired results. Consutations are required for extensions, corrective color, and all over solid blonding to determine adequate service times and prices. Extension consultations are more in-depth and require a small fee, which is applied toward your extension service if you move forward. Consultations are required for all extension services to ensure accurate color matching, inventory availability, and, if needed, time for ordering hair.

Services are priced and booked based on the time, technique, and hair goals involved rather than gender. This helps ensure accurate scheduling for services like clipper cuts, short styles, or pixies, where booking a “women’s haircut + blowdry” may not correctly reflect the time needed and can lead to incorrect service reservations.

Appointments are limited due to the private, one-on-one setting. Week-of appointments are not guaranteed. To ensure you reserve the best time for your schedule, booking 2 weeks in advance is recommended, especially for evening and weekend appointments.

Silent appointments are available for guests who prefer a quieter experience. Conversation is kept minimal, allowing you to fully relax, recharge, or simply enjoy your service uninterrupted.
